The location in Apex was comfy and unbeatable, close to the airport, stores, restaurants, and the historic district. Enjoyed having a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control, and a microwave in the room. The service was excellent, making the hotel a well-kept place.

The room and bathroom were amazingly clean, and we appreciated being able to check in early and check out late.

One of the front desk staff in the evening was very helpful at check in, answered my questions, gave me info about a local gym. The breakfast was pretty good, the lady who worked in the area was friendly.

No elevator! Had to drag luggage and other gear up the stairs. The ice machine was empty on my floor in the morning as I was leaving for the day. I mentioned it to the front desk person who just said "Oh?". He did not bother to tell me there was another machine near the front desk. I was not happy with that response.

The staff was courteous and amazingly nice - I would stay here again. The breakfast was good for my needs, with excellent food. The service was excellent in my opinion. I tried to use free Wi-Fi that worked well throughout the property.

We found decent prices at the hotel. The place was fairly clean, and we loved the suite. Good breakfast that suited our needs was a nice touch. The extremely friendly and excellent staff gave advice on things to do. The venue is in a business location close to a good area.

I received a confirmation email from your company Booked.net one day before I checked in at the Comfort Inn. However Comfort Inn was unable to locate my name on their registry! Due to poor communication between Booking and Comfort Inn a check in that should have taken five minutes took almost an hour! Thanks to Comfort Inn they were able to locate a room for my family and I.

The breakfast offered an excellent variety of food and drinks, and the hotel is conveniently located near shopping centers.

Room was clean and well appointed.

There is no elevator. Due to a recent knee replacement I requested a first floor room, but was placed on their second floor. I never would have booked a room here if I knew there was no elevator.

The comfortable beds and clean rooms made our stay at Comfort Inn Apex - Holly Springs enjoyable. The complimentary breakfast had a good selection, although it could have been more diverse.
